Swipe it. Send it. It’s already logged.
Your credit card swipes and bank transfers record themselves in your Telegram or Zalo chat. You never type one in.

The chore
Three days of typing. Then you forget.
Apps that ask you to log every purchase by hand get abandoned, and what’s left is only what you remembered to type. Here is one coffee, both ways.
6 steps, every single time
- 1Open the app
- 2Tap +
- 3Type the amount
- 4Pick a category
- 5Add a note
- 6Save
…then again for the next one.
0 steps
Pay the way you always do.
Nothing to open. Nothing to type. A brand-new place needs one tap, once.
How it works
Money moves. A line appears.
Two ways in, one chat out. Pick a lane and watch where the signal goes.
Bank transfer
-
You send or get a transfer
Pay a friend, scan a QR, receive your salary. Same as always.
-
A provider spots it
A bank-connection provider such as SePay or ApiPay notices and tells us, usually within seconds.
-
MyMoneyWent logs it
It reads the amount, time and description, then applies your rules to file the category (or asks you once when no rule matches).
Credit card swipe
-
You swipe or tap your card
Café, groceries, an online order. Nothing changes for you.
-
Your bank sends its usual alert
The notification email your bank already sends after a card payment.
-
MyMoneyWent reads the alert
It picks out the amount and merchant and files the swipe under your credit card. Once you’ve set that card up, it also tracks the statement cycle and cashback.

Credit cards
Credit cards log themselves too.
Card swipes are easy to lose track of: there’s no transfer to see, and you only see the full month, and what it earned you, when the statement closes. MyMoneyWent logs each swipe from the alert your bank already sends.
-
Each alert, logged
The alert email becomes a line in your chat, filed under your credit card.
-
Your statement cycle, kept
Tell it your statement day once. Cashback caps and the minimum-spend gate follow your statement cycle, not the calendar month.
-
Cashback, per swipe
See what each swipe earned, with the card’s caps and minimum spend tracked as you go, before the statement closes. Cashback tracking is part of Pro.
Drag the day, or press play, and watch a month of swipes log themselves.
Scrub the cycle

Real life
Life happens at the till, not the keyboard.
Coffee, groceries, the ride home. You pay the way you always have, and the log takes care of itself.

Sample lines for illustration.
In the chat you already use
Teach it once. After that, it files itself.
The first time a merchant shows up, pick a category and say yes to a rule. MyMoneyWent remembers, so next time the line arrives already filed.
- 1A new merchant shows up
- 2You pick a category and create a rule
- 3Next time it files itself
Telegram has buttons. Zalo works by typing short replies, like a number. Same bot either way.
Picking a category is free. Saving your own rules is part of Pro (up to 10); Free uses the default rules.
Try it: pick a category, create the rule, then swipe again.

What it works with
Honest about what’s supported.
MyMoneyWent works with banks our providers support, plus cards whose bank emails you on every payment. Here is the list today.
Bank accounts
Through bank-connection providers such as SePay and ApiPay. SePay connects these banks today:
- VPBank
- ACB
- Sacombank
- VietinBank
- MBBank
- BIDV
- MSB
- TPBank
- KienLongBank
- OCB
Each provider keeps its own list, and it can change. ApiPay is planned for the hosted version, so its list isn’t shown here.
Credit and debit cards
Through the alert email your bank already sends for each payment. An email reader exists today for:
- Cake by VPBank
Another bank that emails you per payment can be added, so tell us yours when you join. Debit cards take the same email path, minus statement cycles and cashback.
Where the lines landTelegramZalo
Not every bank works, and we won’t pretend it does. Don’t see yours? Say so when you join the waitlist.
Trust
We never ask for your bank password.
MyMoneyWent works from notifications, not logins. It receives the note your bank or provider already sends. It never opens your bank.
What reaches us
- For transfers: the amount, time, description and which account it belongs to, sent by a bank-connection provider such as SePay or ApiPay once you’ve linked your account with them. Senders can put names or references in the description.
- For cards: the alert email your bank already sends after each payment.
What we never ask for
- Your bank login
- Your password
- Your OTP
- Your card number
-
Open source
The bot’s code is public under the MIT license. Read it, run it, change it.
-
No invented numbers
No user counts, no testimonials, no “as seen in”. The hosted version hasn’t launched, and we say so.
-
Or keep it all yourself
Self-host and your data lives in your own Google Sheet: no database, no third-party data store.
How the hosted version stores data is still being finalised. We will publish it before anyone connects an account.

About $5 a month on Railway, or from about $2.60 on a Vietnamese VPS (prices checked September 2026). The code is free.

You create a Telegram bot, a Google Sheet and a SePay account, then deploy. The repo includes a ready-made prompt that lets an AI assistant walk you through it.

FAQ
Questions people ask first.
Is the hosted version live?
Not yet. This page is a waitlist: leave your email and we’ll email you when the hosted version opens. The open-source version works today if you’d rather run it yourself.
Does MyMoneyWent log into my bank?
No. It never asks for your bank login, password, OTP or card number. It receives notices: transfer notifications from a bank-connection provider such as SePay or ApiPay, and the alert emails your bank already sends for card payments.
How do credit card swipes get logged?
Your bank emails you an alert after each card payment. MyMoneyWent reads that alert and logs the swipe under your credit card. Tell it your statement day and the card’s cashback rules once, and it also tracks your statement cycle and what each swipe earned. A card whose bank doesn’t email you per payment can’t be logged this way. The open-source version uses a small script in your own Gmail to pass those alerts along; for the hosted version we’ll spell out each step before you connect anything.
Which banks and cards work?
Banks our providers support. SePay connects VPBank, ACB, Sacombank, VietinBank, MBBank, BIDV, MSB, TPBank, KienLongBank and OCB today. For cards, an email reader exists today for Cake by VPBank; another bank that emails you per payment can be added. Not every bank works, so tell us yours when you join.
Do debit cards work?
Yes, if your bank emails you for each payment and MyMoneyWent can read that bank’s email (Cake by VPBank today). Debit cards take the same email path as credit cards, minus statement cycles and cashback.
Telegram or Zalo?
Both. Telegram is the main channel and the richest, with buttons that edit in place. Zalo runs alongside it and works by replying with a number.
What do Free and Pro include?
Free: automatic capture for one account or card, 45 recorded transactions a month and 30 days of history. Pro: unlimited transactions and history, three accounts or cards, reports, budgets, cashback tracking and CSV export. Pricing is planned and may change at launch.
What happens to my data?
The hosted version hasn’t launched, so its privacy policy and data terms aren’t final. We’ll publish them before anyone connects an account. On this page we collect your email and, only if you choose to answer, which chat app and which banks or cards you use. We also note which button you joined from and the page language. If you self-host, your data stays in your own Google Sheet.
Can I use it in English and Vietnamese?
Yes. This page switches between English and Vietnamese, and the bot has a /lang command for it.
